KUALA LUMPUR (14 May 2010) - Indonesia cruised to their second point in the Thomas Cup semi-finals when the first doubles of Markis Kido-Hendra Setiawan overcame Kenichi Hayakawa-Kenta Kazuno of Japan 21-9, 21-11.

The Indonesian pair had just taken a sheer seven minutes to win the first set before wrapping the game up with their excellent defense in just under 22 minutes.

Taufik Hidayat had delivered the first point for Indonesia when he overcame Kenichi Tago of Japan 21-9, 21-14 in 37 minutes.

With the 2-0 lead, Indonesia will be banking on the second singles Simon Santoso next where he will be facing Sho Sasaki.
